According in detail with an example found in the Fishpool Hoard, identified as English and France, 1400-60. The rings are thought to be English. See Medieval Jewelry, Marian Campbell, pl.4 upper left. Gilt bronze, size 7 1/2. 4.1mm width band, with deep relief decoration of angles (spiral) bars flanked by pellet bands. Condition as found with heavy surface encrustation from burial. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. The Fishpool hoard, numbering over 1200 pieces, primarily coins, was found in 1966 in Ravenshead, Nottinghamshire, England. The dates on the coins make it particularly valuable in dating the jewelry which they accompanied.
